Product Clear-Out Policy
From time to time we sell merchandise at clear-out prices. You are invited take advantage of these prices. However, because of the reduced margin on these products, we cannot re-inventory the item or accept any returns. Clear-out merchandise is sold on a first come, first served basis. Due to the nature of clear-out, quantities and availability are very limited.

Liability Statement
We at API Hockey PROS, go through great lengths to assure product safety and reliability. Products sold by us should be used as directed in an informed, logical and safe manner in order to reduce any bodily harm. In other words, products should not be used outside of their meant functionality that could expose you or others to unnecessary risks of injury. If you choose to pursue a claim of personal injury from one of the products sold by us, it must be directed to the manufacturer of the product and not to API Hockey PROS. By purchasing products from our store, with no exceptions, all customers are subject to this policy.

Hockey is a the fastest team sport on ice and a great game to play by all. But, as we all know, injuries can sometimes happen no matter how many precautions we take so play safe and have fun.
