FAQs
How do you know that the buyer came from my site?
An affiliate ID is assigned to your web site when you sign up for our affiliate program. The API Hockey banner ad includes this ID code. This unique code tells us which affiliate sent the customer to us.
How much do I get for each sale?
You will receive 10% of the total sale (excluding any taxes). Many of our customers purchase more than one product at a time.

When do I get paid?
Each time you have reached $100.00 CDN or US equivelent in commission fees, API Hockey will send you a check. On June 1st we will pay all accounts under $100.00 CDN or US equivelent.
How do I keep track of any sales generated from my site?
You will have access to our "affiliates only" area on the internet. There, you'll be able to view your earnings and traffic reports at any time.
How long does it take to sign up?
Just a couple minutes.
What do I have to do after the banner is up on our site?

Terms and Conditions
Please read the Affiliate Agreement below and click "Agree" to continue.
1. We are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship.
2. Our Affiliate Program pays you when a sale results from a visitor who is sent by a Link on the Affiliate's web site.
3. API Hockey will pay the Affiliate 10 percent of the sale amount (not including any taxes or shipping).
4. If the purchaser cancels an order or later returns a product, payment made to the Affiliate for that purchase shall be rescinded.
5. Payments will be made via check in Canadian funds at the end of any month that your accumulated commission total matches or exceeds $100.00 Canadain.
6. API Hockey reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. In such case API Hockey will notify Affiliates of such changes either via e-mail at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Affiliate Program. API Hockey reserves the right to deem any site inappropriate and terminate the site as an affiliate. We will only accept sites appropriate for all, young and old.
7. API Hockey does not warrant that the operation of API Hockey's Web site and ordering system or affiliate tracking system will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will API Hockey be liable to the affiliate or any third party for any third party for damages.
8. API Hockey grants a non-exclusive, limited, revocable right to the Affiliate to use API Hockey trademarks and banners. All images, programs, HTML code, and content provided by API Hockey shall remain the sole property of API Hockey, and no part shall be deemed assigned or licensed to the Affiliate except as explicitly provided for in this document. The Affiliate may not modify the trademarks, banners, the content, or any of API Hockey's provided images in any way.
